Hi Guennadi,

Just two things really:

1) Can you move v4l2_mbus_packing and v4l2_mbus_order to a soc-mediabus.h
header or something similar? It's now soc-specific, so it doesn't belong
in the public header.

2) What are your plans for documenting the mediabus pixel codes?
