From: Jasmin Jessich <jas...@anw.at>

Used a helper variable "struct dvb_ca_slot *sl" instead of
"ca->slot_info[slot]". This reduces the line lenght and simplifies
code reading.
Renamed "i" to "slot" in some functions to make the code more readable.
