Please pull from http://www.linuxtv.org/hg/~hverkuil/v4l-dvb for the
following:
- cx23885: fix crash on non-netup cards
- v4l2-dev: use parent field if the v4l2_device has no parent set.
- cx25840: cx23885 detection was broken
This takes care of two recently introduced bugs in cx23885 and adds a small
improvement to v4l2-dev in preparation of the cx88 conversion to
v4l2_device/v4l2_subdev.
