Wouldn't it be simpler to just replace this with devm_kcalloc() ?

        isi->pipes = devm_kcalloc(dev, isi->pdata->num_channels,
                                  sizeof(isi->pipes[0]), GFP_KERNEL);

No other change would be needed.
