The Service VM communicates with the hypervisor via conventional
hypercalls. VMCALL instruction is used to make the hypercalls.

ACRN hypercall ABI:
  * Hypercall number is in R8 register.

Introduce the ACRN hypercall interfaces. Because GCC doesn't support R8
