linux-next: build failure after merge of the tip tree

Hi all,

After merging the tip tree, today's linux-next build (native perf)
failed like this:

make: execvp: ./check-headers.sh: Permission denied

Caused by commit

  05f2f277053d ("Merge branch 'x86/core'")

which somehow removed execute permissions from tools/perf/check-headers.sh

I added a commit to reenable execute permissions.
