Note: the 
linux-review/riel-redhat-com/sched-time-fix-irq-time-accounting-with-nohz_idle/20160617-001150
 HEAD cc827b6bc02ef052d79b5dbd2c355d9483a8ada7 builds fine.
      It only hurts bisectibility.
