Ekiga only does SIP/h323. Most windows installations have Netmeeting, which
is h323 compatible.
You can check out gyache/gyachi if you want to do voice with Y!
If it's just a particular person you want to talk to it's probably easier if
you get them to install a SIP client like xten-lite that supports
iLBC/GSM/Speex all of which use lower bandwidth than the ekiga-netmeeting
compatible codecs.
