That's exactly the plan.

Whatever gave you that idea ? Current LART supports 160MB DRAM per node,
newer versions can do a quarter of a gig easily (given a supply of 512Mbit
SDRAM chips that is). The VM supports the full 4GB addressable by the
processor, just like any other 32 bitter.
