Hi all,
I just wanted to ask if the new Compro U500 device ID could be
properly added to the source as I am having trouble getting it to work
by just changing the id in the "
linux/drivers/media/dvb/dvb-usb/dvb-usb-ids.h " file of the source. I
am getting seg faults as soon as I attempt to scan or dvbscan as
stated in an earlier email.
U500 Videomate Compro 185b:1e82
[previous versions are 1e78 and 1e80]
On opening the device I see it also uses the DiB7700 and the mt2060 chips
[DiB7700C1 and MT2060F to be a little more accurate.]
lsusb -v gives this:

If any more info is needed on the device, just ask.
thanks
Craig
