All I/O Errors. Will add in strict checking for return values. Although these

Don't do this !!!
modprobe budget-ci is more than sufficient.

Only on RTL you have this problem ?

Unless you see the same issue in windows, don't do this, also unless you know
what you are doing. (I mentioned the different cases, not that you should try
them)
