The existing RSA implementation supports PKCSv1.5 style signature paddings via rsa-pkcs1pad. A lot of the functionality implemented for rsa-pkcs1pad can be reused across other RSA padding schemes. Rename such functions as rsapad_* before moving them out of rsa-pkcs1pad.c.
