Hi LAU/LAD,

Anyone had luck compiling Bristol [1] recently?

Both the AUR pacakge (seems sami-unmaintained) [2] and trying to compile from source fail with a bunch of errors.

Besides an issue with the inclusion of alsa/iatomic.h which can probably just be removed, there seem to be a bunch of warnings (?)

I do see that the latest release is 2013 so it's unsurprising that it won't compile on a more 'recent' system (I'm using Manjaro).

So I'm wondering if the software is abandoned? Which is a pity because while I mostly use Yoshimi these days for 'synth needs' Bristol could definitely make some cool sounds with its emulated synths.

Lorenzo
