Hi, As I'm trying to use a speech recognition software on ADS Graphicsmaster, running linux-2.4.9 with patches applied as stated on vendors homepage, (ARM and UCB1200) the need to read the microphone arises. The board is set up to work with an electret microphone, ie mic+ (mic.signal in) is pulled up to 3.6V. According to the UCB1200 product spec this an active setup. In this active setup the MICGND is connected to GND via a "switch". Measurements suggest that the audio in path is disabled.
