Thanks for announcing this Aaron! Have you considered adding owl:sameAs links to dbpedia since you've got some links to wikipedia already? Also, I'm curious--did you intentionally ignore httpRange-14 (hash URI or slash URI + 303) when minting the URIs for districts?
