All,

I was wondering if anybody is setting up any research consortia based on
linked open data? My employer, Computas AS, has a long history as
industrial partner in research projects, and has been a part of several
EU FP funded projects. We're currently involved in one semweb-related
proposal for the FP7 call that has deadline next month. If someone has
started writing a proposal and feels that another industrial partner
would strengthen the consortium, we would certainly be interested in
joining, even if it is not much time to go.

It is too late to start writing a new proposal now, but if there aren't
any allready started, we are interested in forming a research
consortium for the next call.

In particular, we would be interested in the intersection between linked
open data, privacy sensitive data and federated SPARQL.

We are also a W3C member, and we think that the lessons learned from
such a project would be useful for SPARQL 2.0. :-)

Best Regards,

Kjetil
