Not really.  A human still directs the destination.  They are just not 
micromanaging the driving.

Not really.  The self-driving car thing is happening right now.  The others not 
at all.

Let's start with a success metric for legislation.  When you have worked out 
how to do that we can talk.

Not sure what you're getting at here.  Managing humans and travel?  In what way 
are they related?
