All of the (public) IP addresses listed are in Australia, and are registered to Verizon Business. I would have no doubt this is legitimate, with Verizon acting as a outgoing mail gateway for ASIC. To remove any doubt, lets look who handles ASIC's inbound email : $ dig mx asic.gov.au +short 10 asic-in-157.sge.net. So SGE/Verizon handle their incoming email, leaving zero doubt that your email is legitimate.
