ARM is now taking care of GNU toolchain releases, which exist in two main flavors: - A-profile which exist for Linux and Windows hosts (no support for MacOS) - R/M-profile which which support Windows, Linux and MacOS hosts The main entry point seems to be: https://developer.arm.com/tools-and-software/open-source-software/developer-tools/gnu-toolchain but you can get there from many other pointers (Linaro, launchpad, etc...)
