This is after the latest release 2015-11 was made. The patch is in the December snapshot, but I think that is a source only release. http://snapshots.linaro.org/components/toolchain/gcc-linaro/5.3-2015.12/ You would have to build your own toolchain from that, perhaps by using abe.
