I downloaded from files from release.linaro.org to look at the gdb
binaries.  The older gdb binary has no debug info, the newer one does.
That explains the 25MB difference.  For linux, the debug info isn't
loaded into memory and doesn't affect the run-time, but I don't know
about windows.  You can try stripping the binary to see if that helps.
