Progress: * rebased and fixed last issues in aarch64 prep patchset, sent it out with a note that I'm going to put it in a pullreq to be applied unless any further comments come up in review * reviewed Christoffer's GIC save/restore patchset * reviewed and cleaned up toolchain's QEMU wiki pages
