In a nutshell, if you submit a LAVA job that uses lava-test-shell to
LAVA, then you can run whatever code you want in the chosen device. Paul
has been experimenting with this to do native builds, and you can use it
to run the binutils test suite as well.

A good start is checking Paul's test definition for building gcc
natively:
