* Investigated vectorizer performance regression reported by Mans; main problem seems to be lack of use of the vectorizer cost model by default on ARM, but other aspects of the vectorized code could be improved as well. * Created blueprint to tune vectorizer cost mode on ARM and enable it by default. * Ongoing work on reassociation pass.
