The quickstart instructions don't work for me:

$ linaro-media-create --image-file=host.img --image-size=1.9G
--output-directory=host --dev fastmodel --hwpack

...I guess it doesn't like the non-integer image-size option?
(also, is there an --image-size which avoids the need for the
extra 'dd' command ?)
