Posted a new patch for canonicalization of widening multiplies. This was
rejected, so I submitted another one. And another .... and another.
Finally I have one that nobody has complained about ... yet, but still
nobody has approved it either.

Add support for SMLALTB/SMLALTT/SMLATB/SMLATT to the machine
description. This depends on the canonicalization patch working. Posted
