Does anyone know the effect of passing two -mfpu= options?  I suspect
the second may override the first.

Also, we tend to avoid using -mfpu=neon by default, because a) it's
not expected to bring a big benefit for general-purpose code, and b)
the resulting code isn't compatible with v7 implementations such as
Marvell's or NVIDIA's which don't support NEON.  It would be
interesting to compare with this option removed -- hopefully the
results will come out about the same.
