Hi all,

this is me once again with another feature request that would come in handy for my other job as a choir leader. I often have to write classical-sounding choir arrangements and I find the most tedious part of it is checking the result for octave and fifth parallels. Eliminating them is not the problem, it's the checking I find laborious, and a job that could be done more quickly and exactly by computer.

In my opinion, it should not be too complicated to write a function that takes any two musical expressions and scan them for parallels, and highlight the offending notes. Can something like that be implemented without too much trouble? What do you think?

Thankful for any feedback,

Amelie
