I made a mistake describing this problem. I use ICQ 2001b from home. Some group names (in latin) are the same I use in licq at work. (Now I have version 1.2.1). So order of groups in menu "User Function"->"Edit groups" differs from order in licq main window. I have 11 groups in list. Most of them are sorted correctly, but last two in list from menu are displayed after 1st one. So now I think thet there is something wrong in sorting (strings instead of numbers).
