I just switched from 1.4.1 to 1.5.1 of the vaapi intel-driver. Two new
files that were added, i965_vpp_avs.c and i965_vpp_avs.h have the
following license:

* or licensors. Title to the Material remains with Intel Corporation or its
* suppliers and licensors. The Material contains trade secrets and proprietary

The "COPYING" file hasn't changed and provides the same permissions as
before. Do I need to get some license to use this, or will the license
be changed later?
