libva-intel-driver-1.3.0 is now available at
http://www.freedesktop.org/software/vaapi/releases/libva-intel-driver
This release requires libva-1.3.0, the new version brings the following changes:
* Add support for Broadwell
- Decoding: H.264/MPEG-2/VC-1/JPEG/VP8
- Encoding: H.264/MPEG-2
- VPP: CSC/scaling/NoiseReduction/Deinterlacing{Bob, MotionAdaptive,
MotionCompensated}/Sharpening/ColorBalance
* Fix the wrong setting in MI_BATCH_BATCH_START
