for inclusion in 4.0.0. It contains the new splash screen, About dialogue banner & Start Centre banner (Community edition without TDF byline in the logo). Note that it does not include matching Windows installer background images, though. It should be possible to fix that in the 4.0.1 timeframe at least. Thanks, Astron.
