Temporary work around is just to run: unset LD_LIBRARY_PATH from terminal before building. Jeff over at Bodhi seems to think it's most likely an issue with LXDM not with Bodhi. I can't track down where the variable is being set, ultimately I want to track it down but at least I have a successful build.
