When I tried to build LibreOffice with this version, the configuration
phase could not complete. I got the error message:
$ ./autogen.sh:

checking for clang-cl... no
checking the dependency generation prefix (clang.exe -showIncludes)...
configure: error: cannot determine the -showIncludes prefix
Error running configure at ./autogen.sh line 338.
I saw the same with a build of Collabora Office Classic.
Do you have reported the problem to Microsoft? We should fix the problem
on our side, but Microsoft should know, that the Visual Studio update
brings problems.
When I have reverted the June update, there was the option to tell
Microsoft why I revert it. I didn't do that, because I'm not familiar
with the build process. However, I thought you are competent and could
describe the problems to them.
