Update git submodules
* Update dictionaries from branch 'master'
to 5be65995995e1bc7a0379d13d20404d093d1d24f
- Kannada: add missing integration files
Without these files the dictionary would not appear in LibreOffice
and would not be used.
Without modifying Module_dictionaries.mk the dictionary would not be
even built.
