Update git submodules
* Update helpcontent2 from branch 'libreoffice-24-8'
to fce7eb57bb9b4fb063ff2eb7bc44f17a9221c020
- add screenshots and files for Tagalog
run through optipng -o7 to reduce the filesize
XMLSourceDialog.png as well as the sample files were copied from
existing languages
