Update git submodules
* Update helpcontent2 from branch 'master'
to edcc3ca5f71bb680059d4713b095246f876837b4
- tdf#149085 Protect section in Writer object properties moved to
Position and Size tab.
I removed the <ahelp> tags as the .ui file already has extended tips
defined.
Also update the label Automatic to AutoSize to match current UI.
