gtk4 a11y: Map COMMENT role to new gtk equivalent
Map `AccessibleRole::COMMENT` to the Gtk 4
equivalent `GTK_ACCESSIBLE_ROLE_COMMENT` newly
added in upstream gtk commit [1]
