Update git submodules
* Update helpcontent2 from branch 'master'
to 07eb31ccb7b409e23c1d31506c7bccb8e3f601f1
- Gradual Improvements
All changes are tested with own builds on different builddirs (Windows)
- split some paragraphs
- switch to new syntax
- improve markups
- remove " xml-lang="en-US""
- remove empty lines
- new indentations for better readability
- inline "listitems" for better readability
- inline <tablecell> for better readability
