Sadly Philipp's advice (while excellent) didn't produce a patch that
applies - did you use diff-mode ? anyhow; I fixed it all up and pushed
it.
Florian - thanks for that; it helps to have [PATCH] in the mail Subject
to get more quickly through the flow, but sorry for the delay.
