Update git submodules
* Update helpcontent2 from branch 'master'
to 6a25d11512dc078fc47c546585c9663b5804a3eb
- tdf#153561 "Chapter No." -> "Numbering" because of widget name change
also corrections to "Numbering" and "Entry text" descriptions
refactor <h2>,<h3> and remove <xml-lang>
