It was in the build.lst for cross_toolset orignally, for some reason... Anyway, I am sure that there are more modules that are not really needed and only got into the list as dependencies. And there are yet other modules that could be removed after some shuffling, e.g., I am pretty sure shell is only needed because of lngconvex.
