Update git submodules
* Update helpcontent2 from branch 'libreoffice-7-3'
to 71a6d6a1f23fe2816dcfe51655d993f82e8a6270
- tdf#146336 Fix missing default in Help page
Logic was designed for moduls with page formatting.
MATH, BASE and unknown module were not handled. Default is
for Writer.
