Update git submodules
* Update helpcontent2 from branch 'master'
to 147ed04e1bff695f9242d5991334d1c8ddd7435a
- set the extended tooltip explicitly for each of the form 1-9 menu items
in the load/save chapter (outline numbering) menubutton menu so the
code for that can be simplified
