Update git submodules
* Update helpcontent2 from branch 'master'
to ddabd7954e37ae5308ded1c550ed6bf0422872f6
- tdf#118008 update Spacing commands for format menu
Spacing has its own place in the format menu.
Does not appear in a context menu anymore.
Change access command for Format Spacing and
the items in its submenu (and refactor the
submenu pages to <h1>).
