Update git submodules
* Update helpcontent2 from branch 'master'

- tdf#107229 (related to tdf#138846) update "settings" label to "tools"
tdf#138846 changed the "settings" label to "tools" in the template
manager
This patch makes the necessary updating in the template manager help
