Update git submodules
* Update helpcontent2 from branch 'master'
to 6fe17a80f5866a7dc3a213ac9cb8c066aff17987
- finish updating help for "View" menu for Draw
- remove placeholder <comments>
- add embeds for "Toolbars", "Sidebar", "Styles",
"Gallery", and "Color Bar"
- add control and description for "Comments"
- add control (with link) for "User Interface"
- add control and description for "Shift" (thanks to
Ilmari Lauhakangas for insight about its operation)
