Update git submodules
* Update helpcontent2 from branch 'libreoffice-7-0'
to 4b5401b421e6a6d42e0fa594db3948aa89586a5a
- (04060109.xhp) Changes to syntax statements to readily identify
optional parameters.
Also implemented modification required to CHOOSE function syntax - the
Function Wizard allows 250+ arguments, not 30.
