Update git submodules
* Update helpcontent2 from branch 'master'
to 01817edba801871a08adaf6bd21e52a1b5389f1d
- Remove duplicate section ID
As improvement upon a01ce973cae9914d41d798ac10f84db65a7e0f3c,
in which a translation of the duplicate was done.
(The newer "edit_mode" was introduced on
fba1e83f120a310343f75de27c7e3cb0c5524cc7,
apparently to not use the pre-existing German one.)
