Update git submodules
* Update helpcontent2 from branch 'master'
to cd96ed80cb27d31987cb878b379c3fa8c1dd0c03
- Added square brackets around applicable parameter in eight syntax
statements (to indicate parameters are optional). All changes contained in one
XHP file.
